We mold our Santas using only Guittard chocolates in Milk, Dark and White Chocolate.

Each is individually bagged in a cello bag with a little red crinkle paper and a scattering of  Jelly Belly beans. Santa is solid chocolate with a flat back. Solid chocolate (.27 lb), 6" x 3".
